Overview
The client came to us with a complex web-app which would help them simplify their marketplace and be indenpendent of third-party vendors. We helped them build this project from start to finish in just under 8 months. Regaining back their lost revenue from third-party vendors
Challenge
We were on a time conscraint of 8 months to deliver this project for them to regain their lost revenue, the challenging part was getting the same message accross with less complexity and a simplified process.
Development Process
Strategy
We start our initial process with understand the client's needs, requirements and definition of success. With all the information to our availability, we, together with the client come up with a strategy that launches us forward towards success.
Design
After having established a strategy the first thing we do is implement the design. For two reasons, to de-risk the project and validate the concept early on. As soon as the designs were ready we went ahead and did some early on testing with end-users to measure the user experience and usability.
Development
When the initial concept is validated we begin developing the application. We developed the app with a direct communication line and once a week update call to measure if we're going to the right direction. Six months later we launched with success!
Post launch & tracking
After launching we use popular user-behavior tracking tools like Hotjar and google analytics to measure the impact of our application and suggest improvements on the application to further increase it's efficiency and ROI.
With direct communication we could easily suggest our ideas and feedback, our ideas came out easy and everyone listens.
